The vendor required to provide social media listening software solution, including all licenses, configuration, and support necessary to meet the requirements below:
•    Monitor public content from major social media platforms, online forums, blogs, and news sources 
•    Enable keyword, topic, and trend tracking 
•    Provide sentiment analysis and data visualization 
•    Support configurable dashboards and alerts 
•    Enable data export and reporting capabilities 
•    Provide system configuration and initial setup 
•    Provide user training and documentation 
•    Provide technical support and maintenance for the contract period
- Commercial off-the-shelf (cots) social media listening and monitoring software solution shall enable the city to monitor, analyze, and report on public online conversations relevant to city programs, services, and public interest topics.
- Requires a secure, scalable, and user-friendly solution that supports data-driven decision-making, situational awareness, and public communications.
