The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive public relations, communications, and social media services that strengthen the district’s ability to inform, engage, and support the community.
- Necessary elements
1. Digital and social media management
•    Content development and scheduling across district platforms
•    Social listening and monitoring
•    Engagement with community comments and inquiries
2. Community engagement
•    Support for public meetings, workshops, and surveys
•    Assistance with outreach campaigns
3. Video, photography, and audio production (if necessary)
•    Short informational videos
•    Public information video packages
•    Photography for events, projects, and announcements
•    Audio content to support digital and social media messaging
4. On-call media relations support
•    Drafting, reviewing, and distributing press releases
•    Media outreach and coordination
•    Crisis communication support
- Optional additional services
1. Website content and analytics
•    Content creation and updates
•    Basic design improvements
•    Analytics tracking and reporting
2. Community outreach materials
•    Fact sheets, flyers, brochures, mailers
•    Messaging frameworks and talking points
•    Newsletter review (as appropriate, recognizing existing internal processes)
3. Measurement and reporting
•    Monthly analytics dashboards
•    Engagement metrics and performance summaries.
