Potential Social Media Litigation Services

The Vendor is required to provide attorneys in private practice who have expertise in the area of litigation involving social media.
- Expected to include, but is not necessarily limited to, the following:
•    Analyze the viability of potential claims against social media companies arising from past and ongoing conduct. 
•    Determine the types and amounts of relief available under such claims.
•    Work with the office to develop claims and theories of liability.
•    Prosecute potential claims against social media companies, seek monetary and injunctive relief, and pursue such other relief as may be available by law.
