The vendor is required to provide that companies or firms as eligible to provide legal staff including attorneys, paralegals and/or administrative staff who would provide legal support to development on an as needed basis.
- Development anticipates requiring temporary legal staff with respect to matters including but not limited to commercial real estate related document review, creating summaries and abstracts of legal documents as well as other potential tasks on an as needed basis.
- Development anticipates requiring legal staff which may include qualified lawyers, paralegals and/or administrative staff, to assist development with regard to reviewing leases, development agreements, and other project related documents and materials to create abstracts of such materials (the “project”).
- The project including but not limited to research and organization of documents and files may be required.
- development anticipates that a portion of the scope of work may be done remotely, however certain tasks may need to be done in person in development mid-town office.
- Development may select multiple firms to staff the project, but is open to the possibility of one firm completing the same.
- Notwithstanding the above, if pre-qualified, development may request any number of legal staff as needed on the project and as may be available by the firm.
- Provide temporary staff that would provide services to development on a fulltime basis for the duration of the engagement, but development is open to utilizing attorneys on a parttime basis as well.
- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
