Temporary Staffing Services

The vendor is required to provide that from qualified firms to establish non-exclusive agreements for temporary staffing services in accordance with the descriptions and specifications listed in this solicitation.
- Professional services are services within the scope of practice of:
• Accounting,
• Architecture;
• Landscape architecture;
• Land surveying;
• Medicine;
• Optometry;
• Professional engineering;
• Real estate appraising;
• Professional nursing, or
• Forensic science
- The ability to fulfill temporary staffing needs for the positions listed in above, please indicate that is the case on any response to this RFP and in the event the city needs those temporary staffing services and the city has entered into an agreement with a particular proposer, city may to the proposer for a particular position listed above on an as needed basis.
- Temporary staffing services, the proposer may submit the hourly pay rate, proposer’s billing percentage, proposer’s contract rate, and proposer’s hourly bill rate to the city for review and approval.
- The city reserves the right to decline the services of any temporary worker provided by a proposer, for any reason with or without notice.
- Temporary workers leave the job site before the requested service time period has expired, no payment will be rendered to proposer for the remaining time left based on the requested service time period.
- Payments will be rendered only for actual hours of temporary services supplied by the proposer.
- Temporary workers may be assigned to any location at which the city requires services, and such locations may be outside of county.
- Provide transportation to or from the assigned work site.
- The city will not reimburse mileage or parking for temporary workers.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
- Pre-Proposal Conference Date: March 13, 2025
