Event Staffing Services

The vendor is required to provide event management staffing for home football games located in E.J. Whitmire stadium, which has a seating capacity of 13,742.
- Provide staff to serve as ushers, ticket office staff, ticket takers, bag checkers, donor area attendants, event security and parking attendants for home football games.
- The organizational and operational structure it proposes to utilize for the work and identify the responsibilities to be assigned to each person vendor proposes to staff the work.
