• Lead the strategic design and implementation of a comprehensive oracle asset management process within department, providing technical expertise, support, advice, and guidance on oracle licensing.
• conduct a current-state analysis of department oracle footprint, including on-premise and cloud-based deployments, encompassing oracle java.
• Provide expert guidance and detailed recommendations based on the assessment results to ensure compliance with best practices and optimize future oracle contract terms and conditions.
• Train and support the internal department team in negotiating a stand-alone oracle contract, if required.

o Establish a structured evaluation process to quantify software deployments and license requirements.

o Lead stakeholder consultations to negotiate and establish a new oracle java contract aligned with business objectives and cost-efficiency goals.
• Knowledge transfer and training
