The vendor is required to provide requires temporary workers to assist with two critical inventory projects:
• Fixed asset inventory: physically counting and verifying approximately 12,000 fixed assets.
• Records management: sorting, organizing, inventorying, and digitizing approximately 1,000 boxes of records in compliance with organizational and statutory requirements.
- Staffing requirements:
• Background checks: must clear local, state, and national criminal history records checks, employment history verification, and national sex offender registry screening.
• Pre-employment screening: staffing agency must conduct drug screenings and background checks.
• Physical requirements: lifting, standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
• Handling boxes up to 50 pounds.
• Safety equipment: steel-toed shoes are mandatory.
- Responsibilities
a. Asset inventory assistants:
• Conduct physical counts and verify fixed assets.
• Label, tag, and update asset tracking records.
b. Records management technicians:
• sort, categorize, and digitize archived records.
• Maintain an inventory log and manage retention schedules.
• Input asset and record details into tracking systems.
• Ensure quality assurance for scanned records and asset entries.

1. Asset inventory count (September – October 2025)
• Conduct physical inventory of fixed assets.
• Tag and update asset database.
2. Records management (July – August 2025)
• Organize and label archived records.
• Digitize priority documents and verify scanned data integrity.
• Securely dispose of outdated records in compliance with retention policies.

• Reporting to the asset management administrator and director of procurement.
• Asset inventory reports with location tags.
• Digitized document database and inventory spreadsheets.
• Record disposal tracking logs.
