The vendor is required to provide temporary staffing services for various positions.
• Services shall include, but are not limited to, working with agency human resources team to determine the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary of the individual(s) to be potentially assigned, and to provide hourly rates on a case-by-case basis, depending on the position
• Work with agency human resources team to determine the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary of the individual(s) to be potentially assigned.
• Guarantee agency satisfaction with each individual assigned by having the person work for one (1) 8-hour day on a trial basis. if, for any reason, agency is dissatisfied with the assigned individual, the agency will not be charged for those 8 hours.
• Provide hourly rates on a case-by-case basis, depending on the position.
• Provide a job arrangement letter for each assigned individual, containing the hourly rate to be provided.
• Said job arrangement letter shall be executed by respondent and the agency authorized representative.
• Provide invoices on a weekly basis for work performed by the assigned individual(s). all hours worked must be approved by agency at the end of each week.
• Ensure the assigned individual agrees to maintain appropriate agency internal procedures and controls.
• The assigned individual will only perform work with the of his assignment. during this time, agency management will be responsible for supervising the assigned individual.
• The assigned individual will sign a confidentiality agreement, if required by agency, that he will not disclose any information gained while working at agency that is not known to the general public.
