- Office personnel
a. Administrative support, including:
• Answering phones, taking messages, and directing calls;
• Greeting visitors and providing information;
• Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements;
• Preparing and distributing correspondence, reports, and presentations; and
• Filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
b. Clerical duties, including:
• Data entry, including updating spreadsheets and databases
• Processing invoices, payments, and bills;
• Maintaining office supplies and equipment;
• Handling mail and deliveries; and
• Ordering and coordinating office supplies.
c. General office tasks, including:
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace;
• Assisting with special projects and ad-hoc requests;
• Providing support to other team members; and
• Ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
d. Desired skills and qualifications, including:
• Strong organizational and time management skills;
• Proficiency in microsoft office suite (word, excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software;

- Warehouse personnel
a. Receiving, storing, and shipping products:
• Loading and unloading trucks.

• Storing products in designated locations within the warehouse.
• Preparing products for shipping, including packing and labeling.
b. Order fulfillment:
• Picking and packing customer orders.
• Scanning bar codes to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
c. Warehouse maintenance:
• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Removing debris and keeping aisles clear.
• Ensuring proper storage of materials and equipment.
d. Other skills and qualifications:
• Physical stamina: able to lift and move boxes and other items of varying weights.
• Basic math skills: perform calculations related to inventory and shipping.
• Forklift experience (optional): operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment.
• May require working in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures.

a. General office tasks
• Greeting visitors and providing information;

b. Accounting duties:
• Data entry, including updating spreadsheets and databases;
• Mailing w2g tax forms to customers;
• Returning of checks;
• Maintaining office supplies and equipment;
• Processing winning tickets under state lottery and gaming policy and procedures;
• Responding to customer inquiries via email; and
• Accepting retailer payments and subscription applications.
