Staff Communications Training Services

The Vendor is required to provide communication training and facility goal setting based on the commission assessment.
- The target population will be all staff within a skilled nursing facility, across all shifts, with the majority of staff falling into direct care roles. 
- The current staff estimate is 220. 
- In person training is requested and preferred for the program.
- Provide commission communication training based on the following parameters:
• In-person meetings prior to commission assessments for each group, to prepare for the assessment and explore facility/team needs. It will require multiple meetings based on staff size and shifts worked.
• Commission assessment distribution and calculation.
• Debriefing of personal assessments as a group with the option for a 1:1 debriefing.
• Summary of findings of the team component of assessments to administration to identify needs and implementation suggestions/goals.
• Assist with facility goal setting, including tools, tracking mechanisms, suggestions of additional training, etc.
- Facility occupancy remains based on staffing levels to meet state and/or federal mandates, and is currently less than 75 percent.
