The Vendor is required to provide temporary personnel services (clerical) for county.
- Make necessary payroll deductions and corresponding tax insurance payments.
- Strictly comply with all federal, state and local employment laws (i.e. child labor, minimum wage, etc.).
- Supply state unemployment insurance and workers compensation insurance.
- Conduct complete criminal background checks on all employees assigned to the county prior to the employees commencing work for the county, which will be reimbursed by the county.
- The county’s department shall be advised of the criminal record of any employee prior to the employee commencing work with the county.
- All temporary employee assigned to the county will be required to pass a drug test equivalent to the pre-employment drug test required for county employees.

1. Administrative Assistant
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook.
• Detail oriented, multi-tasker.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Communicates with upper-level directors and administrators.
• Responsible for scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and governmental related activities.
• Ability to create correspondence for high level administrators.
2. File Clerk
• General office work, filing, moderate pace, internal phones, Basic data entry into Excel; comfortable learning new software.
3. IT Technician
• Provide basic technical support to staff including but not limited to trouble shooting PC’s, printers & other network problems.
• Accountable for maintaining an inventory of computers and parts.
• Assists installation of computers and movement of equipment to various locations.
4. Accounting Clerk
• Detail oriented, have good concentration, able to multi-task and have A/P, A/R knowledge.
• Will be working with finance screens, so concentration and details are essential – Simple screens to key in documents.
• Tasks will include: checking documents, pulling files, checking for errors, pulling P.O.'s, good communication skills - calling on vendors to get information, etc.
5. Receptionist
• Answer phones, speak with residents, computer experience (Word & Excel) multi-task, very organized patient person who can interact w/various people.
• Detail oriented, multi-tasker, punctual. Bi-Lingual a plus.
6. Customer Service
• Inbound/Outbound calls - ability to multi-task, input information into system.
• Basic computer skills, data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• BiLingual a plus.
7. Data Entry Clerk
• Both alpha and numeric, attention to detail.
• Basic MS Office experience.
- Jeans, sweatpants, exercise pants, Bermuda shorts, short shorts, shorts, bib overalls, leggings, any spandex or other form-fitting pants as might be worn for exercise of biking;
- Tight skirts that ride halfway up the thigh, miniskirts, skirts, sun dresses, beach dresses and no-strap and spaghetti strap dresses unless covered by a jacket, sweater or shrug;
- T-shirts, tank tops, midriff revealing tops, halter tops;
- Athletic shoes or tennis shoes (unless prescribed by a licensed physician), thongs, flip-flops, and slippers;
- Hats (unless required for religious purposes);
- Clothing that reveals too much of an employee’s back, chest, stomach, cleavage, or underwear;
- Torn, dirty, stained, frayed or overly worn clothing;
- Clothing or body art that has words, terms, pictures or graphics of a political nature or connotation;
- Clothing or body art that has words, terms, pictures or graphics that promote the purchase or sale of an item (other than fashion logos and names);
- Clothing or body art that has words, terms, pictures or graphics of alcohol, tobacco, drugs, illegal substances;
- Clothing or body art that has words, terms, pictures or graphics of a sexual, offensive or violent nature.
