The Vendor is required to provide professional services and consulting firms with demonstrated expertise in the workday ecosystem.

• Integration developers (EIB, studio, core connectors)
• Reporting and analytics specialists
• QA and testing analysts
• Data conversion and technical architects
• Project managers, engagement leads, and functional leads
• Change management and communications specialists
- Training and change enablement
• Development and delivery of train-the-trainer programs
• Direct training sessions for faculty, staff, and students
• Creation of custom training materials and user documentation
• Support for e-learning or LMS integration
- Strategic and advisory services
• Workday configuration and deployment strategies
• Cross-functional process design and optimization
• Higher education regulatory and compliance alignment
• Organizational readiness and change adoption

• Project billing will align to the contract and rate card provided for the specific scope of work
• Hourly rate-based projects will be billed on an hourly basis with appropriate backup documentation to justify hours when requested
• A project specific purchase order will be required prior to any work being performed.
