The Vendor is required to provide to supply temporary staffing services on an as required basis.
- Temporary staffing services are used by multiple departments at agency, each with specific job requirements and cover a board range from entry-level to senior-level professionals.
- Supply a qualified candidate based on the specific duties, duration of assignment, and any special skills or abilities required for the appointed assignment.
- The required services of Staffing Agency will reduce the time and in-house resources needed to dedicate to recruitment that are of an expedited or high priority short-term nature.
- The placements may occur anywhere in the region, and it is essential that the staffing agency review the job requirements and supply temporary staff that are willing to commute to various locations.
- The Staffing Agency will need to provide temporary staffing services for a broad range of positions including but not limited to entry-level or qualified professional depending on the need of the operating department.
- The temporary agency is fully responsible to ensure that recommended candidates meet the qualifications required for the job, including education, experience, certifications (vulnerable sector checks/ motor vehicle records (MVR) / driver abstract screening) and conduct reference checks as required.
- Candidates who do not meet the job requirements will be automatically rejected by agency.
- Conducting testing, as applicable, to assess their abilities such as reading comprehension, data entry, customer service skills etc. and the provided assessment test is solely at the staffing agency own cost.
