The vendor is required to provide for temporary employment staffing services and payroll services on an as needed basis.
- Temporary staff may be used to fill in during leaves of absence, while recruiting for a position, or to supplement permanent staff during periods of increased demand.
- Primary skillsets include administrative and clerical work, accounting, and environmental analysis.
- Payroll services may be needed for employees sourced by the district.
- Full-time workweek is comprised of 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day.
- Hours and duration of assignments vary between individual departments and specific positions.
- This position provides administrative assistance and support to the assigned department.
- This may include coordination of day-to-day office activities (scheduling, filing, and data entry), preparing purchase requisitions, processing mail, maintaining supplies, preparing internal documents and reports, and updating procedures manuals.
¬- This position involves collecting and organizing information from multiple sources, ensuring its accuracy and consistency, and entering it into the appropriate system of record.
- This position ensures the district’s general ledger, reporting, and related processes are implemented per district policies and procedures.
- This may include processing journal entries from complex transactions and data, performing month and year end close procedures, and preparing various financial reports.
- This position provides technical support to install, repair, maintain, evaluate, and troubleshoot software and hardware for computers, printers, mobile devices, software, and other peripherals associated with computing.
- This position performs certified chemical analyses on surface waters, wastewaters, and biosolids and monitors performance for quality control compliance and trends.
- This position performs routine and non-routine qualitative and quantitative chemical, physical and bacteriological analyses on waters, wastewaters, sludges and biosolids.
- This position maintains and updates the microbiology quality assurance/quality control system and develops procedures and documents to meet district and regulatory standards.
- Responsible for microbiological analyses, instruments, reagents, and reports.
- Performs and interprets microscopic examinations and identifies bacteria and other organisms crucial for wastewater treatment.
- The consultant would hire the individual selected by the district and provide all required services, including payroll, taxes, and benefits.
- Consultant will ensure that all temporary employees are qualified, reliable, paid appropriate wages, and provided legally mandated benefits.
