Nursing Home Administrator Services

The vendor is required to provide nursing home administrator shall be responsible for the following duties:
•    Provide guidance and direction to center staff on compliance with the center for medicare and Medicaid services (CMS) conditions of participation, code, and the joint commission’s nursing care center standards.
•    responsibility for implementation and enforcement of all provisions of the patient’s bill of rights Regulations under code 10.07.09.
•    Reviewing and approving plans, policies and procedures to ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance as well as quality controls and established and maintained.
•    Provide administrative and quality assurance oversight in accordance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
•    Participate in center committee meetings and other meetings as necessary to provide direction and guidance related to compliance.
- Services shall be provided Sunday through Saturday, including official state of holidays, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Est with occasional rotating weekend hours.
- The nursing home administrator’s travel assignment or extension, the center may hire the nursing home administrator on a travel to permanent basis per the fee structure.
