On Call Planning Staffing Services

The Vendor is required to provide perform general planning tasks related to development review, long-range planning, subdivision review, subdivision exemption review, historic preservation design review, zoning reviews and permits, floodplain permits, and answering public inquiries related to the above tasks and other land use-related topics as assigned by the city.
- The Service Provider shall furnish a complete accounting report monthly to the planning director.
- The service provider must furnish the complete accounting report monthly to the planning director with the corresponding request for payment (invoice).
- Work performed under this contract will be done to support the planning department in an on-call capacity and on an as-needed basis.
- Budget: $30,000
