Staffing Services

The Vendor is required to provide IT staffing agencies to provide ongoing temporary resourcing and staffing augmentation services.
- Looking for skilled IT professionals, including Project Managers, Solution Architects, and other specialized roles, to support various technology-driven projects on an as-needed basis.
- Business Systems Analyst
•    Experience with in-depth technical analysis and documentation of functional and business requirements for business applications, the evaluation of software, enabling technology options, features and functions, and the implementation, testing, deployment, and documentation of application systems.
•    Experience with supporting the planning, analyzing, designing, developing, testing and implementation of effective solutions to meet requirements to maintain and enhance assigned systems as necessary.
•    Experience in performing technical scope of work as required by analyzing business requirements to determine systems requirements; prepares detailed system design proposals.
•    Recommendations on advisability\necessity of hardware\software acquisitions.
•    Experience in designing systems by using standard analytical practices for technical environments, database and file design, inputs, outputs, programs required and interfaces to existing systems. Tests and deploys solutions and provides system production support. Prepares technical documents for review and approval.
•    Experience in providing primary support for the operation of systems; conducts diagnostic procedures to identify problems and devise solutions; designs, codes, tests and implements system releases ensuring system and data integrity; designs and implements on-line screen changes and user reports; develops and presents design materials and system flowcharts and maintains test models and test results; conducts unit, integration, systems and volume tests; develops and tests custom software component solutions.
- IT Project Manager
•    Experience in leading and managing IT projects of various scales, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives.
•    Experience in developing project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project execution.
•    Experience in managing interest-holder expectations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and providing clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
•    Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into project scope, deliverables, and implementation roadmaps.
•    Experience with agile and waterfall project management methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative development.
•    Experience in monitoring project performance, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Data Analyst
•    Experience in collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to support decision making, performance tracking, and strategic planning.
•    Experience with designing and building dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
•    Experience in applying statistical methods, predictive modeling, and trend analysis to uncover patterns and opportunities.
•    Experience in collaborating with business units to define data requirements, KPIS, and metrics for operational and strategic initiatives.
- Budget: The City has estimated the budget for external IT services is between $2 million and $3.5 million over 3 years exclusive of taxes.
