Temporary Database Administrator Services

The vendor required to provide temporary database administrator services for include:
- Database monitoring and maintenance
•    Monitor certification database performance, health, and stability.
•    Perform routine maintenance, index management, and optimization. 
•    Ensure backup processes are functioning properly and reliably.
- Troubleshooting and incident response
•    Diagnose issues affecting certification application performance or availability. 
•    Respond rapidly in the event of system degradation or outage. 
•    Restore services and database functionality, including rollback or backup restoration when necessary.
- Disaster recovery
•    Maintain and test recovery procedures. 
•    Ensure high availability and data integrity.
•    Recommend improvements to certification reliability and performance.
- Documentation
•    Document database configurations, maintenance routines, recovery steps, and any changes being made.
•    Create technical documentation of recommended solutions.
- Support and coordination
•    Work with office and OIT personnel to communicate issues, recovery steps, and impacts. 
•    Assist with minor enhancements or database structure adjustments.
