The Vendor is required to provide substitute staffing and management services.
- Services:
• Comprehensive substitute staffing support
• Recruit, hire, and manage substitutes teachers & Paraprofessionals
• Complete all necessary pre-employment steps
o Background checks, fingerprinting and credential verification (state laws & District policy)
• Show ability to maintain staffing levels throughout the year
• Respond quickly to staffing changes
• Provide a dedicated account manager supported by local and regional team
• Offer web-based system that supports scheduling, absence management, reporting, and communication with District staff.
• Onboarding & training of substitutes on District-specific policies and expectations
• Communicate clearly and consistently whenever employee performance concerns arise
• Have a define process for managing employee performance concerns
