The vendor required to provide staffing services for include:
• Applicants may submit proposals that cover some, but not necessarily all, requested position types as fits the applicant’s staffing service specialty areas.
• Anticipated contracted staffing position titles include: advance practice registered nurse (APRN-RX), physician assistant (pa), clinical psychologist, mental health specialist [(licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), licensed mental health counselor (LMHC)], mental illness and substance abuse coordinator [certified substance abuse counselor (CSAC)], care coordinator, case manager, registered nurse (RN), licensed practical nurse (LPN), peer support specialist, occupational therapist (OT), office assistant (OA), and certified billing coding specialist.
• Ensure that at least one contracted staff member is available to provide services in the clinic for a given position when a request for service is submitted to the applicant by the clinic.
• For positions that require a license, ensure, while providing consumer care services, that each staff person complies with all provisions of the licensing laws under which their position is licensed and with regulations promulgated thereunder.
• Ensure that staff members(s) meet medical record documentation and time requirements for care provided in the clinic as part of their placement with the clinic.
• Ensure that the staff members(s) report to their respective supervisor on duty at the clinic each day at the start and end of their shift.
• Ensure that licensed staff are credentialed with the centers for medicare and Medicaid services (CMS) before their placement begins at the clinic.
• Ensure staff members working via telehealth, shall be able to:
o Be available for agreed upon schedule, which could include work hours during the day, evening, or weekend, and overtime work (defined as any work time past routine 40-hour week);
o Be available by telephone;
o Have access to secured internet service;
o Have a computer with video and audio capability;
o Be able to navigate computer software with minimum assistance (site specific software training will be provided);
o Work and be available during the normal business hours of the assigned worksite;
o Contact the site manager or respective supervisor at least once a day on days they are assigned to work; and
o Have an area of the office or home dedicated to the exclusive use of telehealth sessions, during scheduled work hours, to maintain confidentiality.
