• Customized ad-hoc reports and dashboard to meet agency specific needs
• Contractor's new requests and extension approvals workflow.
4. Billing requirements
• Provide detailed usage billing at no additional charge to agency.
• The billing must include:
o Account number
o Purchase order number
o Date and time of transaction
o Beginning and ending dates for the statement cycle
o Type of transaction (internet, IVR, and specific report)
o Names of all staffing firms
o All billing from the staffing firms
5. ACA compliance:
• Ensure aca compliance, including the capacity to execute a hold harmless agreement.
6. Recruitment and screening:
• Conduct recruitment, screening, interviewing, testing, and orientation of contingent workers.
• Source and screen select direct hire candidates.
7. Human resource support:
• Provide human resource support for temporary employees as part of the integrated team.

9. Measurement and reporting:
• Provide measurement metrics and monthly management reporting tools.

• Manage co-employment issues effectively.
11. Diverse industry management
• Support multi-industry business operations and ensure alignment across diverse sectors.
12. Third-party contracting:
• Manage third-party contracting effectively.
13. 1099 compliance:
• Ensure 1099 options, compliance, and billing.
14. Independent contractor assessments:
• Perform assessments of independent contractors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Offer options for market rate surveys.
16. Driving responsibility:
