The Vendor is required to provide co-teaching services for include:
• Provides a foundation of knowledge about learners with special needs and addresses the key strengths and challenges of inclusion
• Guides establishing baselines, appraising inclusion gaps and ambiguities, and identifying 21st-century inclusion competencies
• Includes illustrative professional staff development and coaching scenarios
• Offers annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily curriculum plans that incorporate inclusion strategies
• Guides aligning the relevant curriculum plans with core curriculum state standards and coordinating lessons between districts, schools, classes, and students
• Presents options for organizing curriculum delivery in whole class and small group settings, as well as with individual students
• Includes suggestions for prompting reflection and creating meaningful assessments and evaluations
• Guides the special and general education teachers through reasoning, inferring beyond the data, and duplicating their successes by utilizing the inclusion checklist for walk-throughs.
• Examine consultation and connect with co-teaching in city
• Explore college learning exploration framework and connect with practices in city
• Using priorities in city co-teaching and consultation to address the needs of teachers and administrators.
• Must have special education and child study team background
• Must have familiarity with the n.j.a.c.6a:14.
• Must provide conditions for teaching and learning that will foster the social and emotional well-being of students' families and educators
• Must be able to assist and coach equitable access to grade-level content and high-quality resources for each student from city.
