Temporary Staffing Services

The Vendor is required to provide temporary personnel services job class descriptions identifies knowledge, skills, and abilities to adequately provide to state agencies temporary hourly leased workers needed to supplement existing state staff.
- Usage
•    Volume of hours for fiscal year 2025 reported by all vendors awarded under previous price agreements for similar services totals approximately 429k hours.
•    Estimates of historical usage are provided for information purposes only. 
•    No guarantees of future volume resulting from this solicitation are intended or made.
- Background screening services
•    Prior to being placed with the state agency, all temporary leased workers shall undergo a basic criminal background screening provided at no additional cost by the awarded temporary personnel services vendor.
•    The basic background screening shall cover all state residences of the temporary leased worker for the preceding five (5) years.
•    Provides criminal background check criteria, only temporary leased workers who meet such criteria shall be provided to the state agency.
•    Provided, then the vendor must notify the state agency of any confirmed felony convictions associated with the temporary employee prior to providing temporary leased workers to the state agency.
