Temporary Staffing Services

The Vendor is required to provide temporary staff on an as-needed basis for various events held at the venue.
- Used temporary services to supplement its full- and part-time workforce, and has used approximately three (3) temporary staffing firms on an annual basis, depending on the need and season.
- The center anticipates that approximately 80% of temporary staffing needs will be for labor and custodial roles, and 20% for bartending or concessions roles.
- The number of employees will vary from 0 to 5 on an average daily shift to an estimated maximum of 15 depending on the size of potential events affecting staffing needs.
