Employee Service Awards and Gifts

The Vendor is required to provide employee service award and gift options to the college.
- Service and gift options have included but not limited to plaques, clocks, watches, pad-folios and pens. 
- The college continues to be interested in these items as well as other options. 
- The gifts and awards are currently categorized as catalog gifts and acrylic awards. 
- The college would prefer to have gifts branded with the college logo.
- Catalog gifts:
•    10 years: $50
•    25 years: $125
•    40 years: $150
•    15 years: $100
•    30 years: $125
•    45 years: $200 
•    20 years: $100
•    35 years: $150
•    50 years: $200
- Acrylic awards
•    Recipients who reach 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, and 50 years of service receive a physical acrylic award in addition to the catalog gift of their choice.
•    Acrylic awards are only ordered once a year for the college employee recognition ceremony for employees who have 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 and 50 years of service with the college. 
•    The awards for each year should be unique to the years of service. 
•    The table below reflects how many awards per year have been ordered each year of service category.
