The Vendor is required to provide temporary staffing agencies to contract with for County-wide temporary administrative and technology staffing services.
- Staffing Agency will generally provide
• Administrative staffing services for positions including but not limited to:
o reception,
o project coordinator,
o payroll,
o contract administration,
o grant administration,
o hearing officers,
o data entry positions,
o accountant
• Technology staffing services for positions including but not limited to:
o Project Manager
o Business Analyst
o Data Analyst
o Data Reporting Engineer
o Desktop Support Network Engineer
o Oracle DBA Security
o Web Support Administrator
o Developer Service Desk
o SQL DBA System Administrator
o GIS Technician/Specialist
• Disaster personnel as identified
¬- Staffing agency may require a minimum dollar amount for each project that staffing agency provides staff for. However, staffing agency must agree that use of temporary staffing agency across offices and departments builds towards a County-wide minimum.
- provide higher evaluation marks for staffing agencies who propose a rate structure that includes discounts as the county’s annual work requested from that staffing agency increases.
- Staffing agency must ensure that any assigned personnel maintain all licenses/certifications/education required by law and policy.
- Staffing agency shall provide proof of licensure, certifications and any required health clearances prior to the first day of work.
- Staffing agency is responsible for reporting any change in status to the County in writing immediately.
- Staffing agency must provide agency-placed staff members with a brief on each assignment. Specifically, environment, clientele, physical demands, and agency shall not assign agency-placed staff members with restrictions that preclude essential duties without approval from the office/department.
