The Vendor is required to provide temporary staffing services to support administrative/clerical support (non-specialty) and manual labor support (non-trade) for University departments.
- Services may support ongoing operational needs as well as recurring or one-time events.
- In fiscal year 2025, the volume of spend for administrative and manual temporary services approximated $1.5 million.
- Administrative staffing services may include, but are not limited to, the following roles:
• Administrative Assistant I
• Administrative Assistant II
• Administrative Assistant III
• Data Entry
• Legal Assistant
• Accounting Tech
- Manual labor staffing services may include, but are not limited to, the following roles:
• Maintenance Technician
• Materials Handler
• Groundskeeper
• Dishwasher
• Catering Servers and Bartenders
• Food Services Cooks
- Must have an assigned account principal.
- Recruit and present candidates meeting University-defined qualifications.
- Respond to staffing requests submitted by authorized campus or system representatives
- Maintain accurate records of personnel assignments and placement activity
- Employer of Record
• Payroll processing and wage payment
• Payroll tax withholding and reporting
• Workers’ compensation and unemployment insurance
• Benefits administration, where applicable
