The Vendor is required to provide temporary staffing services for the Office.
- Staff will be required from 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday. The Office of Information Technology may require some modified hours and some weekends, if necessary for a special project or after-hours work.
- Candidates should have experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktop systems and applications, experience maintaining and supporting printer services, as well as strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
- Help-Desk Trainee/ Computer Operator:
o The Office is seeking to hire up to two (2) Computer Operator and/or Help-desk Trainees to assist the office with general hardware, software, and administrative support.
o Duties include creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases, maintaining office equipment, providing professional and courteous customer service to employees, answering phones, greeting visitors, and taking detailed messages for staff follow-up as needed, performing miscellaneous clerical duties and providing administrative support to the department, maintaining OIT facilities clean and organized, and assisting and completing other projects and/or tasks as assigned.
o Candidates should have experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktop systems and applications, experience maintaining and supporting printer services, as well as strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
