The Vendor is required to provide the services of employment agencies to provide staffing services for temporary positions and occasional direct hire. To ensure a strong candidate pool and ample coverage, multiple vendors will be awarded.
- Temporary Staffing: Vendors will provide responsive staffing for various temporary roles across the college.
- Direct-Hire Recruitment: For permanent vacancies, selected partners will function as an extension of the Department. Vendors are expected to identify, attract, and vet high-caliber candidates, with a specific emphasis on sourcing "passive" talent. Unlike temporary-to-hire models, these candidates will be recruited for immediate permanent placement, with Aims serving as the Employer of Record from the date of hire.
- Service Categories:
• Administrative/Clerical: Office assistants, receptionists, data entry, and project coordinators.
• Facilities & Maintenance: Custodial staff, grounds keeping, and general laborers.
• Professional/Technical: IT support, accounting clerks, and marketing coordinators.
• Student Services: Enrollment specialists, financial aid clerks, and support positions.
