- Setup and organization:
• Set up plastic shelving units specifically designed for housing and organizing the vendor job boxes.
• Unpack the vendor lab shipment and meticulously place appropriate job boxes on their designated shelves.
• Strategically place additional equipment and supplies in appropriate vendor component areas of the room, offering expert suggestions for any additional organization that might optimize the lab's efficiency within the given space.
- Inventory and training:
• Conduct (or assist with) a thorough inventory of the shipment, meticulously noting any missing items to ensure all components are accounted for.
• Conduct a comprehensive training session for up to 10 training participants, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively utilize the vendor program.
