The Vendor is required to provide Oncology Data Specialist(s) for the cancer data collection, review, quality assurance, death clearance support, annual data submissions in compliance with national standard setters’ requirements.
- The Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results Data Management System (SEER*DMS) is the software utilized by agency to manage cancer data at the state registry level, including support for all core cancer registry functions (importing data, editing, linkage, consolidation, and reporting).
- Required to remotely perform the following tasks for agency, using agency-supported WebPlus software for abstracting and SEER*DMS software for the state cancer registry support:
• Initial Abstracting, Updating Cases, Casefinding, Casefinding Audits, Death Clearance, Case Consolidation, Re-abstracting/Re-coding Audit
• Staff from agency will perform similar tasks in coordination with the vendor
- Work Location and State Resources. Vendor personnel may work remotely. State network/system access requires State‑issued devices meeting agency baselines; Vendor must reimburse equipment and access‑related costs and outline equipment needs in the Technical Proposal. Alternatively, Vendor’s devices meeting agency baseline requirements can be used remotely for out-of-state users with access to ISCR systems via approved Citrix environment.
