Full Stack Developer Consultant Services

The Vendor is required to provide full stack developer consultant services for include:
• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications supporting corporation digital services portfolio, including the partner portal and integrations with the Microsoft dynamics 365 home platform.
• Translate business, functional, and system requirements into technical designs, specifications, and working solutions.
• Develop front-end applications using modern frameworks (e.g., react, typescript) and back-end services using .net and azure-based technologies.
• Design and implement APIs and integrations to enable secure and reliable data exchange between enterprise systems and external partners.
• Develop and maintain cloud-native components using Microsoft azure services (e.g., functions, storage, and managed databases).
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes to enable efficient and reliable delivery.
• Apply source control and code management practices, including branching strategies, pull requests, and peer reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including root cause analysis, performance tuning, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to deliver iterative, high-quality solutions, including participation in planning, estimation, and review activities.
• Ensure solutions align with security, performance, scalability, and accessibility requirements, including appropriate access controls and data protection practices.
• Support ongoing application maintenance, enhancements, and production operations, including monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the evolution of digital services by identifying opportunities for improvement, modernization, and optimization across the application and integration landscape.
