Cellphone Analysis and Data Extraction Services

The Vendor is required to provide to retain professional cellphone call detail record analysis and data extract services from experienced and vetted investigators.
- Consultant shall be accomplished in; Review, analysis, and record/data mapping, and social media examination as it pertains to cellular records; perform data extractions; provide a formal documentation of work product; author legal demand narratives; work in conjunction with law enforcement investigators and identify additional records which may need to be obtained; be considered a subject matter expert and provide courtroom testimony with visual content.
- Consultant must be well versed in legal parameters pertaining to cellular phones, court discovery regulations, and the applicable governing state laws; cellular service providers and cellular service networks as demonstrated through previous written work product which highlight these parameters.
