The Vendor is required to provide a customized staffing service, matching the skills and experience levels of their employees to the specific need of the facility.
- Staffing utilization may vary based upon operational needs of the county nursing facility.
- The county currently anticipates more frequent utilization of certified nurse aides (CNAS) and licensed practical nurses (LPNS), with occasional need for registered nurses (RNS), physician assistants (PAS), and nurse practitioners (NPS).
- Utilization levels are subject to change based on facility needs.
