The Vendor is required to provide the anticipated future resources primarily include project managers, project coordinators, project administrators, contract administrators, estimators, project schedulers, and document controllers.
- The owner may request additional professional services such as, but not limited to, data asset intelligence specialist, data steward, OT system administrators, OT communications engineers, and OT architects.
- The Project Manager is accountable for all aspects of project delivery from project inception through to close out, including: cost and schedule monitoring, organizing resources and crews, contract management, health, safety and environment(“HSE”) reporting, quality management, coordinating regulatory deliverables and records management.
- Maintain up-to-date project schedules and complete internal change approvals in a timely manner;
- Manage a portfolio of projects of varying degrees of size and complexity from project inception through to project close out;
- Well-organized, fast learner and able to be flexible in delivery method as conditions warrant;
- Knowledge of transmission and distribution asset construction means and methods;
- Strong safety focus and the ability to lead by example to set the tone and direction for health and safety focus on projects;
- Ability to organize and lead small to medium sized project teams through the delivery of capital projects;
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;

- Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint;

- Experience with utility construction in energized substations and knowledgeable in the hazards and appropriate safe work practices;
- Interact with and support project managers and a portfolio of multiple projects ranging from low to high cost, complexity and duration;
- Support the Project Managers in the creation and evergreening of project documents, including project charters, project management plans, internal regulatory compliance documentation (CfCCs), project change requests and project close-out documentation;
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is highly desirable.
