The Vendor is required to provide leadership and team development services for include:
- One-on-one leadership engagements
• A comprehensive deep-dive session incorporating self-assessments.
o Self-assessments must include the PERILL assessment which is a diagnostic tool designed to evaluate and improve team performances.
o PERILL was developed by Professor David Clutterbuck focusing on six core pillars that drive or hinder collective success.
• Monthly one-on-one coaching session throughout the engagement period of one-year.
• Targeted development in four core leadership capabilities:
o Building self-confidence
o Connecting effectively across differences
o Setting clear expectations
o Aligning teams to shared priorities
- Team leader engagement
• Review and debrief of the PERILL assessment as a team.
• Facilitation to connect individual leadership development to the broader team mission and objectives.
- Monthly cohort co-development calls
• Facilitation of group learning sessions for all participants as part of a group co-hort.
• Requirements:
o Monthly facilitated cohort sessions – (8 calls total; 8 months total)
o Focus on shared learning, collaboration, and real-time problem solving
o Cohort call sessions will not occur during months when in-person PERILL team group reviews are conducted.
