Clinical Staff Office Optimization Services

The Vendor is required to provide clinical staff office optimization services for include:
• Optimize credential stream and align operational work flow
o Establish KPI’s and reports and dashboards to follow progress and turnaround times
• Onboard new team and develop and implement standard work for roles within the clinical staff office (CSO)
o Coach director
o Determine quality improvement engineer role responsibilities and collaboration with it staff member
o Develop standard work for supervisors and specialists- create standard work expectations based on job duties.
o Build workflows that are consistent and measurable to achieve the KPIs of the key duties of the supervisors and specialists.
o Today we have a high degree of variability in the way the work is performed and limited ability to measure by the various team members.
o Update policies to guide work
• Optimize pre-CSO workflows (recruitment/hiring/application), and optimize communication with departments during primary source verification (PSV) and committee process.
