Substitute Teaching and Paraprofessional Services

The Vendor is required to provide substitute teaching and paraprofessional services for teachers in grades pre-k to 12.
- To provide paraprofessional substitutes for absence where students require 1:1 personal assistance at the class c rate, or an increased rate designated by the school district, with a fill rate of 100%.
- Materials
• Training agenda for substitute teachers.
• Materials that would be provided to all substitutes.
• Customer services available for district teachers and paraprofessionals who need assistance from vendor employees in securing substitutes or using online platforms.
• Recruitment strategies that will support fill rates of 100%.
• Samples of all required and available reports.
