The Vendor is required to provide temporary employment and staffing services for the purpose of identifying and recruiting highly qualified candidates for a variety of positions within the city.
- Temporary staffing support for a wide range of operational functions, including coverage for employee absences, workload fluctuations, special projects, and other time-sensitive staffing requirements.
- There are two ways of accessing temporary staffing requests:
• Placed employee - the city sends identified individuals to contractor as a referral and placement on contractor’s payroll.
• Recruited employee – the contractor provides the city candidates upon request for specific needs of service.
- Temporary employee services for the following position categories:
• Labor
• Labor + driving
• Support services
• Support services + driving
• Skilled trades
• Skilled trades + driving
• Technical
• Technical + driving
• Professional
• Professional + driving
- Generally be expected to provide placement services for jobs that work between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
