The Vendor is required to provide a leadership development program for military affiliated individuals, including, but not limited to, veterans, military spouses, military dependents, and transitioning service members, to help strengthen professional leadership skills and provide support for career-building in the civilian workforce.
- The program shall be developed with an understanding of the military industry, its challenges and pitfalls.
- The leadership program shall include individualized leadership development plans (ILDIP) for each participant. ILDIPs shall be based on participant’s personalized strengths, weaknesses, and development goals identified in the workshop.
- The Contractor shall develop and distribute all training content and materials associated with the workshop to all participants. Materials may include, but are not limited to, in-session coursework, take-home assignments (if applicable), class notes, readings, and any other handouts, documents, or information sheets provided during the workshop.
- Develop and deliver a leadership program with a primary focus on employment transition, workforce readiness, and retention for military affiliated individuals transitioning into the civilian workforce.
