The Vendor is required to provide for temporary personnel on an “as-needed” basis to support the operation of the agency.
- Temporary Personnel shall meet or exceed the following requirements.
• Ability to project a professional image and deal effectively with the public.
• Ability to follow instructions/directions.
• Ability to work independently.
• Physically and mentally able to perform essential duties of the temporary position.
• Shall be able to speak, read and write in the English language.
• Shall be able to effectively communicate with authority staff.
• Shall report any accidents or incidents immediately to the assigned authority representative and follow up with the appropriate paperwork provided by the risk management department.
• Shall be a citizen of the country or have legal permission to work in the country.
- All Temporary Personnel shall be required to wear appropriate attire in a neat and orderly fashion for the environment and duties they are assigned. Failure to do so may be cause for dismissal.
- All Temporary Personnel shall be required to provide and wear proper safety shoes/boots. Failure to do so may be cause for dismissal.
- The hourly labor rates shall include all costs associated with the performance of the services specified in except Bidder(s) actual cost of materials, rental equipment and tools. Hourly rates shall include direct labor, overhead, profit, supervision, insurance and all other associated cost.
