The Vendor is required to provide Professional Technical Assistance (TA) presenters for the city community development block grant, public services sub recipient training and technical assistance workshops.
- Training will include, but not be limited to Professional Development - Communications, Customer Services, Leadership Development; Media – Social Media Development – building and sustaining, Technology – AI Tools and Management, cyber-security; Program Development, Operations, Sustainability, Fund Raising, and Financial Sustainability.
- Competent presenters to provide quarterly training services for Community Development Block Grant, Public Services Subrecipients. Services can be up to four hours and may include, but not be limited to, presenting virtually and in person to Subrecipients, scheduling and reserving training locations, creating registration forms for workshops, preparing training materials, engaging in discussions with Subrecipient’s on presentation topic, or other tasks as needed.
- T.A. Provider/Presenter will locate and reserve in-person training facilities, including reservation of food for subrecipients when applicable and create online training registration to send to City staff and Subrecipients.
