The Vendor is required to provide contracted employee services for designated district positions.
- The District seeks a contractor capable of recruiting, hiring, onboarding, employing, compensating, insuring, training, supporting, and retaining qualified personnel while maintaining high levels of service, accountability, compliance, and workforce continuity.
- Provide to establish a contractual relationship with a provider capable of delivering qualified personnel, maintaining workforce stability, supporting operational efficiency, and meeting the staffing needs of the District in a cost-effective and compliant manner.
- Shall maintain sufficient staffing resources and recruitment efforts to support routine, short-notice, and emergency staffing requests.

• Daily supervision;
• Operational expectations;
• Performance evaluations; and
• Determinations regarding the suitability of assigned personnel to work within the District.
