The Vendor is required to provide temporary recruiting and staffing services will be requested on an as-needed basis.
• Respondent must designate one primary and one secondary customer service representative (CSR) to become thoroughly familiar with the personnel needs and job requirements of the authority.
• Ensure employee(s) have the education, work experience and appropriate technical skills required for the position prior to sending individuals to be interviewed or to work.
• Respondent will confirm the effective start date within twenty-four (24) business hours of scheduling badge training.
• The badge training and temporary staffing orientation will coincide with the start date.
• Accept invoicing for the hours worked when a temporary worker completes a full shift on his first day of work for any reasons other than on-the-job injury.
• Respondent is responsible for employment investigations, screenings, testing, evaluations, advertising, recruitment, badge fess, parking fees, uniform fees, and disciplinary actions.
• Providing two dedicated certifying officials to represent the company for the badging process.
• Position and pay rate to its temporary employees.
• Weekly recruiting status report on all recruiting requests
• Administration and maintenance of all employment, payroll records and payroll processing, remittance of payroll and taxes, including the provision for the distribution of payroll time sheets and checks
• Responsible for any federal or state taxes applicable to this contract and for complying with the requirements of all federal and state laws about income tax withholding, unemployment insurance and other insurance applicable and necessary for its employees.
