Staff Lodging Services

The Vendor is required to provide lodging accommodations on an as needed basis.
- The hotel shall have adequate parking; adequate parking shall be defined as two (2) parking spaces per room. The hotel premises shall be well lit, with surveillance and/or security.
- Each room shall have indoor access with electronic security card, be non-smoking, and have in-room air conditioner/heater, and be neat, clean, and in good repair.
- Each room must be equipped with a locking deadbolt and a lock in working condition. Each room must be on the bottom floor with an uninterrupted view of the parking lot.
