The Vendor is required to provide IT end-user help desk and support services for include:
• Offering technical support and assistance to department and hospital computer users at locations identified on the attached site list.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing computer-related issues encompassing pcs, printers, copiers, phones, voicemail, and more.
• Conducting training sessions for computer users on various software applications.
• Managing hardware and software installations as well as the relocation of IT equipment.
• Logging activities and maintaining comprehensive records in the alloy ticketing system.
• Entering inventory details and pertinent notes into the alloy ticketing system.
• Executing other IT support duties for computer users as required.
• Offering full-time technical writing coverage for documentation for timekeeping and scheduling application.
