The Vendor is required to provide temporary staffing services on an as needed basis.
- Requirement:
1. Recruitment and screening:
• Conduct thorough background checks, including criminal history, employment verification, and reference checks.
• Verify qualifications and certifications of all temporary personnel.
• Ensure all temporary personnel meet the specified job requirements and standards.
2. Placement and onboarding:
• Provide a pool of qualified candidates for each requested position within 48 hours of the request.
• Coordinate interviews between housing alliance authority and potential candidates.
• Facilitate the onboarding process, including orientation and training as required.
3. Performance management:
• Monitor the performance of temporary personnel and address any issues promptly.
• Provide replacement personnel within 24 hours if a temporary worker is deemed unsuitable.
• Conduct regular check-ins with housing alliance authority to ensure satisfaction with the temporary staff.
4. Compliance and reporting:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of hours worked, assignments, and performance evaluations.
• Provide monthly reports to housing alliance authority detailing the status of temporary staffing assignments.
