Customer Relationship Management Module Integrator System

The Vendor is required to provide a solution integrator to configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Platform.
- Deployment and Go-Live Support
• Deployment Strategy: Detailed plan for rolling out D365, including phasing and cut-over procedures;
• Go-Live Checklist: Comprehensive list of pre-launch tasks and verifications;
• Cutover Plan: Minute-by-minute schedule for the transition to the new system;
• Hypercare Support Plan: Defined process for providing enhanced support immediately post-launch;
• Post-Implementation Review: Analysis of the implementation process, lessons learned; and recommendations for optimization.
- Identity and Access Management requirements:
• The Solution requires an Identity and Access Management policy that enforces Conditional
Access and Multifactor Authentication
• The Solution is required to support Single Sign On capability
• The Solution is required to prevent access to application data via methods other than through the application. Ad hoc queries/reports that are not authenticated and logged are NOT permitted, even by administrative staff
• The Solution requires Role-Based Access Control for access and permissions management Once the user is authenticated for access to the solution, the user activity within the application requires authorization restrictions based on roles within the application.
• Custom-developed identity access management approaches are not eligible for consideration
• The Solution should have identity and access management capabilities which align with the
Pan-Canadian Trust Framework
- Application and Data Integration:
• Solutions requiring application interfaces to any government information or data assets must leverage GoS Enterprise Integration Services (EIS) and associated standards
• The Solution and Services are required to demonstrate mature, documented application and data integration capabilities and methodologies based on industry standard technologies
• The Solution and Services are required to use industry standard secure protocols for all data in transit
• Industry standard application integration techniques are required, such as asynchronous and synchronous Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
