Computer Aided Dispatch Software

The vendor is required to provide computer aided dispatch software district for use by the safety and security department, and to estimate initial development, installation and annual operations and maintenance costs, to then utilize a system that will meet the needs of district.
- The CAD system will primarily operate on dispatch consoles, mobile data terminals in vehicles, and office pc computers within district boundaries.

- Functionality:
• Track and respond to incidents quickly, easily, and effectively.
• Provide detailed reporting.
• Method of tracking vehicles and security staff.
• Client functionality to operate over cellular connection (hotspot, modem).
• Client functionality to operate on mobile devices (android, iOS).
- Record management system
- Technology:
• User connection information approximately 10 mobile data terminal, 6-15 pc’s accessing cad system.
• District is interested in a hosted solution.
